Our story
It started with owners left guessing.
When we started in Zagreb in 2018, the owners we met had the same complaints: vague reports, prices set by feel, and nobody local to call when something went wrong. D&A was set up to do the opposite.
Every statement shows figures you can check yourself. Nightly rates follow actual demand, not a fixed calendar. And there is always someone from our team nearby who knows the building, the keys and the guests by name.
We now look after more than a hundred units between Zagreb and the Adriatic coast. Our portfolio includes different property types and sizes, and we focus on strong occupancy and reviews for every home we manage.
